Dock to dock, step by step.

prepCntr follows inventory the way your floor does. This page covers each stage from dock-in to dock-out, the portal your customers see, and how pricing works.

Stages 01–02 · Dock-in → Intake

Dock In & Intake

Inbound shipments are logged the moment they hit the dock, then verified and counted at intake. Every carton is tied to the customer it belongs to, so a single courier drop across several customers gets sorted correctly.

Capabilities

  • Inbound shipments logged with carrier and tracking
  • Customer suite numbers keep ownership unambiguous
  • Counts verified at intake before anything moves
  • Zone / rack / shelf / bin storage locations

Stage 03 · Unpack

Unpack & Inventory

Items are unpacked, scanned, and tagged into inventory with printed tag codes from our desktop print app. Component-level tracking means kits and bundles stay accountable down to the unit, and damaged items are recorded instead of disappearing.

Capabilities

  • Tag-code barcode printing straight to your thermal printer
  • Component-level inventory for kits and bundles
  • Damaged-goods tracking and inventory adjustments
  • Storage locations assigned as items hit the shelf

Stage 04 · Prep

Prep

Every service is priced from your pricing settings: FNSKU labeling, multipacks, combo packs, and custom instructions. The work your floor does maps directly to what you charge, and bundle recipes keep repeat builds consistent.

Capabilities

  • Per-service pricing: base prep, multipack, combo pack, custom instructions
  • Bundle and kit recipes for consistent repeat builds
  • Priority surcharges and order minimums
  • One-click FNSKU label printing

Stages 05–07 · Pack → Release → Dock-out

Pack, Release & Dock Out

Items are packed into outbound boxes with printed box labels, then pass through approval gates at pack, release, and dock-out. Admins catch mistakes before a shipment leaves the building.

Capabilities

  • Box-level packing with printed box labels
  • Three approval checkpoints: pack, release, dock-out
  • Full order status trail from draft to docked out
  • Payment status visible against every order

Portal · Your brand

The customer portal

Your customers sign in to a branded portal to see their inventory, place orders with costs shown up front, track order status, and pay online, without emailing you for updates.

Once customers manage their whole operation through your portal, they have little reason to leave.

Capabilities

  • Live inventory visibility, scoped per customer
  • Order placement with costs shown before submitting
  • Order status tracking through every stage
  • Online payment via Stripe Checkout

  • Automatic volume tiers from 12-month average volume
  • Stripe Checkout on your own Stripe account
  • Optional recurring customer subscriptions
